SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping time is 3-5 business days once the order is finished being processed. (Please be considerate when ordering lipgloss. All lipgloss is hand made and might take more time for production.) Every order will come with a tracking number. Please check your tracking number for the status of your order. Double check that your address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible if the wrong address is entered. If you live in an apartment PLEASE provide apartment or suite number otherwise they will return the order to us and you will be responsible for reshipping fees. Store credit will be given if an item comes damaged or broken. If you never receive your item please contact USPS first. If the problem is unsolved, email us at email@example.com.
Return & Exchange Policy
For the safety of all my customers, I can not restock lipgloss, lashes, or any beauty products therefore, returns and exchanges are NOT accepted. This also means there will be NO REFUNDS. Instead, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me for a store credit.
Clients have a 15 minute grace period from the start time of their appointment. However, your appointment will start at the time originally requested. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be rescheduled for a later day and time. There will be NO REFUNDS of any services. Kindly reach out to us if you will be late or will not make your appointment for the scheduled time.
Please cancel or reschedule 1 day in advance if you can not make it. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee of $20. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service and will not be able to reschedule. If you miss your appointment without any prior notification you will have to rebook your appointment at a later time. There will be NO REFUNDS for any services.
